Vacation Rental Description:
Construction completed May 2003 this duplex is on the beach block cross Central Ave and you are at the beach. Each apartment has Front and rear deck with deck furniture. Master Bedroom has queen size bed with bath room and shower, 2nd master bed room also has queen size bed with bath room and shower, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. Main bathroom in hallway. Great room fully furnished with dining room table seating for six, island counter with 4 stools. Living room with queen size pull out sleeper. Unit will sleep up to 10 people.This is a non-smoking no pet rental. Unit has attached single garage and also off street parking. Unit has an outside enclosed shower.
